She mainly works in operations related to succession planning and corporate reorganization of national and multinational groups, both in the legal and tax aspects.He has a particular role in corporate and tax consultancy for national and international companies, in areas as diverse as investment programs or asset acquisition in Brazil, Portugal and the United States.

She has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to private clients in the context of tax planning associated with their move to Portugal and in the management and / or reorganization of their property holding structures.
